A beneficiary of the Cannabis growth is packaging associated with cannabis products. This is the second insight related to cannabis packaging in approximately a month so it’s critical to monitor the biodegradable packaging forecast to stay on top of innovation and to see who is trying to gain positioning in the industry.
14th round has a patent application directed towards biodegradable packaging with a focus on cannabis applications. Advantageously, the application is also directed towards providing a child-resistant container so this invention addresses both environmental and safety concerns. Its main business is directed to cannabis branding, graphic design and packaging. In June 2020, it hired Paul Bozoki as its CFO. Bozokoi has worked for Kiva, 710 Labs, dosist, Kolab, Select, and Pacific Stone. It appears that 14th round is heading toward an IPO so this patent application and the hiring of Paul Bozoki should improve its worth.
