A swarm is better than a superman. That's why we humans are on top, at least on this planet. DARPA knows that and has gamers at the University of Arizona and University of Buffalo training robot swarms through a brain:machine interface. Hopefully, there will be some peaceful spin-offs of this technology, like ways to fight locust swarms. Swarm-vs-swarm, the battle of the future.
