Pivot Pharma fully acquired California-based ERS Holdings, LLC to monetize their IP in February 2018. ERS has patents for a cannabis oil to powder transformation technology called Ready-To-Infuse-Cannabis (RTIC) which has already received interest from multi-national beer and spirits companies. Pivot has appointed Mr. Patrick J. Rolfes, co-inventor of RTIC, as ERS' President and as Director of Research and Development in order to develop more cannabis food and drink infusion methods. All patents have been reassigned to Pivot Pharma's subsidiary Pivot Naturals.
