Ocado is a British robotics/automation developer. Its main implementation of cobots is in its online grocery warehouses, but it also has various retail partnerships throughout the EU. Ocado's main challenge in developing warehouse robots for retail/consumer goods is picking delicate items out of large containers. In November 2020, Ocado acquired Kindred Systems and Haddington Dynamics, two American robotics companies, to further develop these technologies.
