In the past few years, Samsung has been increasingly active in the Environmental Control sector of Consumer Sleep Technology. Samsung received its first patent in Environmental Control in May of 2019 for sleep-based temperature adjustment, and a related second application published this week. 

Samsung does not have any products that directly relate to sleep technology for environmental control, but it may be considering moving that direction. Earlier this year, the company partnered with sleep and meditation app Calm to integrate sleep data within the Samsung Health app and platform. This increased attention to sleep health may be an indication of future consumer products from Samsung.
