CannaKorp is a Massachusetts-based technology startup that was just granted a patent (10471223) for their product Wisp, an at-home herbal vaporizer. The vaporizer works much like the Storz & Bickel Volcano Classic; however, it takes pre-filled single-use pods instead of dry herb directly. The Wisp Pods’ cannabis sourcing is not clear, but the pods will be sold by three Sira Naturals locations in Massachusetts. The Wisp vaporizer retails at right under $300 which is attractive when compared to $480 for the Volcano Classic. The Wisp vaporizer will also have the Syqe Medical inhaler, which is a hand held individually-dosed cartridge vaporizer, to compete with as soon as its sales reach the US.
