Blue Storm Media, a San Francisco-based company founded in 2016, is developing a digital badge device to help encourage social distancing. For wearers of the badge, the device can display a color or symbol corresponding to their health state and give them alerts when other badge wearers are nearby.
Additionally, this week, Fully Promoted, a major branding company based out of Palm Beach, launched new color-coded bracelets to assist professionals going back to work while social distancing. In the coming months, it will be interesting to monitor how other companies attempt to capitalize on a growing number of people venturing outside while attempting to develop more reliable ways for efficient and effective social distancing.
