Speech-to-Text Closed Captioning Analytics

Amazon.com, Inc. is an American multinational technology company which focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. It has created Amazon Transcribe which converts speech to text and can be applied to almost any application. By doing this Amazon was able to cut out the need for middleman transcribers and have it automatically converted via the deep learning process called automatic speech recognition (ASR). Amazon Transcribe can be used to transcribe customer service calls, automate subtitling, and generate metadata for media assets to create a fully searchable archive.
