1. A computer system for diagnosing a behavioral disorder, a developmental delay, or a neurological impairment of a subject with a diagnostic tool comprising a classifier and a set of diagnostic questions, the computer system comprising: (9) (7)

a processor; and

a non-transitory computer readable medium that stores instructions that when executed by the processor causes the processor to:

display the set of diagnostic questions;

receive responses to the set of diagnostic questions;

provide the responses as an input to the classifier, wherein the classifier is trained with data from a plurality of individuals having the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment, and wherein the classifier has an accuracy of at least 90%;

evaluate the responses with the classifier; and

generate an output indicating whether there is an indication that the subject has the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment.

The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to score the subject based on the responses and generate a final score of the subject indicative of a likelihood of a presence or an absence of the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment in said subject. The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to transform the responses into discrete numerical vectors, and wherein the responses are provided as the input into the classifier by providing the discrete numeral vectors as the input into the classifier. 5. The computer system of claim 1, wherein the set of diagnostic questions are displayed on a website or an application of a personal computing device and the responses are received through the website or the application of the personal computing device. (0)

The computer system of claim 1, wherein the set of diagnostic questions comprises a subset of diagnostic questions of the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised, wherein the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised consists of 153 diagnostic questions, and wherein the subset of diagnostic questions of the diagnostic tool consists of 7 diagnostic questions. The computer system of claim 1, wherein the set of diagnostic questions comprises a subset of diagnostic questions of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-Generic, wherein the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-Generic consists of four modules, wherein the first of the four modules consists of 29 diagnostic questions, and wherein the subset of diagnostic questions of the diagnostic tool consists of 8 diagnostic questions from the first module. 12. The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to: (0) (2)

13. The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to generate a report, wherein the report comprises a suggested clinical action. (1) (0)

The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to evaluate the subject with a diagnostic instrument for diagnosis of the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment if the subject demonstrates a need for further evaluation. 16. The computer system of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to treat the subject for the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment. (0)

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions for diagnosing a behavioral disorder, a developmental delay, or a neurological impairment of a subject with a diagnostic tool comprising a classifier and a set of diagnostic questions, said instructions comprising: (9) (5)

displaying the set of diagnostic questions;

receiving responses to the set of diagnostic questions;

providing the responses as an input to the classifier, wherein the classifier is trained with data from a plurality of individuals having the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment, and wherein the classifier has an accuracy of at least 90%;

evaluating the responses with the classifier; and

generating an output indicating whether there is an indication that the subject has the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment.

The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17, further comprising instructions for scoring the subject based on the responses and generating a final score of the subject indicative of a likelihood of a presence or an absence of the behavioral disorder, the developmental delay, or the neurological impairment in said subject. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17, further comprising instructions for transforming the responses into discrete numerical vectors, and wherein providing the responses as the input into the classifier comprises providing the discrete numeral vectors as the input into the classifier. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17, further comprising instructions for displaying the set of diagnostic questions on a website or an application of a personal computing device and receiving the responses through the website or the application of the personal computing device. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17, wherein the set of diagnostic questions comprises a subset of diagnostic questions of the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised, wherein the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised consists of 153 diagnostic questions, and wherein the subset of diagnostic questions of the diagnostic tool consists of 7 diagnostic questions. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 17, wherein the set of diagnostic questions comprises a subset of diagnostic questions of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-Generic, wherein the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-Generic consists of four modules, wherein the first of the four modules consists of 29 diagnostic questions, and wherein the subset of diagnostic questions of the diagnostic tool consists of 8 diagnostic questions from the first module.
