obtaining sleep data of a user;

obtaining sleep information of the user on the basis of the sleep data of the user;

identifying a user sleep type group_sto which a sleep type of the user belongs, among a plurality of sleep type groups on the basis of the sleep information of the user; and

displaying sleep advice corresponding to the user sleep type group.

2. The sleep management method of claim 1, further comprising calculating a sleep score of the user on the basis of the sleep information of the user. (1) (0)
