1. A computer-implemented method, comprising: (5) (3)

receiving food data that indicates one or more foods to evaluate;

receiving health data associated with an individual; generating, based at least in part on the food data and the health data, first predicted data that indicates a first value associated with a first target biomarker predicted after eating the food;

generating, based at least in part on the food to score and the health data, second predicted data that indicates a second value associated with a second target biomarker predicted after eating the food; and causing at least a portion of the first predicted data and the second predicted data to be utilized to generate personalized nutrition data for the individual.

2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein one or more scores for the food are generated for the individual based, at least in part, on the first predicted data and the second predicted data. (0)

3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein receiving the health data includes receiving microbiome data associated with the individual. (0)

4. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein receiving the health data includes receiving one or more of long-term or slow changing user data associated with the individual. (0)

5. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein generating the first predicted data and the second predicted data comprises utilizing a machine learning mechanism. (1) (0)

7. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein the health data includes recent user data that indicates a previous meal eaten by the individual. (0)

8. A system, comprising: (5) (2)

a data ingestion service, including one or more processors, configured to receive health data associated with an individual, and

store at least a portion of the data within a data store; and

a prediction service, including one or more processors, configured to access health data associated with the individual,

generate, based at least in part on food data that indicates one or more foods to evaluate and the health data, first predicted data that indicates a first value associated with a first target biomarker predicted after eating the food,

generate, based at least in part on the food to evaluate and the health data, second predicted data that indicates a second value associated with a second target biomarker predicted after eating the food, and

cause a generation of personalized nutrition data associated for the individual based, at least in part, on the first predicted data and the second predicted data.

9. The system of claim 8, wherein the one or more processors of the prediction service are further configured to generate one or more scores for the food based, at least in part, on the first predicted data and the second predicted data. (0)

10. The system of claim 8, wherein receiving the health data includes receiving microbiome data associated with the individual. (0)

11. The system of claim 8, wherein receiving the health data includes receiving long-term and/or slow changing user data associated with the individual. (0)

12. The system of claim 8, wherein generating the first predicted data and the second predicted data comprises utilizing a machine learning mechanism. (1) (0)

14. The system of claim 8, wherein the health data includes recent user data that indicates a previous meal eaten by the individual. (0)

15. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereupon which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to: (4) (4)

access health data associated with an individual;

cause a generation of personalized nutrition data for the individual based, at least in part, on the first predicted data and the second predicted data.

16. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the computer-executable instructions cause the computer to generate one or more scores for the food based, at least in part, on the first predicted data and the second predicted data. (0)

17. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein receiving the health data includes receiving one or more of microbiome data associated with the individual, long-term data, or slowly changing user data associated with the individual. (0)

18. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein generating the first predicted data and the second predicted data comprises utilizing a machine learning mechanism. (1) (0)

20. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the health data indicates a previous meal eaten by the individual. (0)
